TENYES 700KW High frequency pipe welding machine is mainly composed of transformer, rectifier cabinet and inverter cabinet. It is mainly used in high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line.
Ordinary three-phase alternating current (line voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ) is stepped-down by the transformer (line voltage 200V, frequency 50HZ), enters the rectifier cabinet and becomes 0 to 240V continuously adjustable direct current after rectification, voltage regulation and filtering; It then enters the inverter bridge (using a high-power transistor MOSFET) and becomes a high-frequency current, which is supplied to the load trough and can be used for induction heating.
The inverter trough power unit adopts a modular structure, each pair of power units can output more than 50KW, the power of the equipment is different, the number of power units used is different, and the basic structure of the equipment is the same regardless of the size. The trough is in the form of series-parallel mixed resonance, there is no high voltage, and there is no output transformer. The number of power units used in this equipment is fourteen pairs.
