60KW High Frequency Pipe Welding Machine

TENYES 60KW High frequency pipe welding machine is designed for straight seam induction welding of steel pipe/tube. The whole set of welder comprises of rectifying cabinet, inverter cabinet(slot cabinet), circulating cooling system for soft water, center control console, output busbar, induction/contact welding system, and so on. The solid-state high frequency welding machine is designed according to continuous operations.

Inverter output cabinet providing steel tube welding high frequency power supply, IRFP460 and the fast recovery diode (FRD) DSEI60-06P of American IR corporation and Germany IXYS corporation are used to form electricity converter as the main power device. The single layer power module output power is more than 50KW, adopting 2 layers power module (contrast to 100KW) in parallel to the whole machine. The rated working frequency is 450 KHZ. The maximum output power of the entire machine can reach 100KW. The same power modules have interchangeability.
