High frequency pipe welding machine is the core equipment in the production of seamed steel pipes.
2) DC driver: also known as speed control cabinet, which is used to drive the operation of the steel pipe cold rolling mill. There are two types: DC and AC, which correspond to DC motors and AC variable frequency motors.
3) Tube Seam Online annealer : For some steel pipes, there is internal stress in the welded seam, and cracking may occur in processing and use. For this reason, some users require the welded seam to be reheated and annealed to eliminate internal stress and avoid cracking. Generally, large-diameter steel pipes are annealed online, that is, the annealing equipment is installed on the pipe production line, and annealed with welding and heating.
4) Overall annealing of steel pipes: For thin pipes, it is very difficult to anneal the above-mentioned online welded seam, and the overall annealing of the steel pipes under the line is generally adopted, and the cut steel pipes are heated and annealed one by one in other places.
5) The steel pipe is locally heated for deep processing operations such as annealing or bending, flaring, and flattening.
6) Solid State High Frequency Welder for Fin pipe: On the outside of the round pipe, the spiral steel strip is welded for the purpose of increasing the surface area of heat exchange, which is widely used in the thermal industry (furnace, preheat recovery, etc.). It is an important application for deep processing of steel pipes.
7) Welding of other materials steel pipes : In addition to carbon steel pipes, aluminum pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, etc., can also be produced and processed by the above-mentioned equipment.
